Common Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. We train everyone from complete beginner to advanced trainee, it just depends on what is most suitable for where you're at and everything can be adapted to your level. We offer a free assessment to collaboratively decide what is the best place for you to start. Most people begin as complete beginners or after long breaks.

What if I have injuries?

That's ok, not many people are free of niggles or injuries. Your assessment includes screening and movement checks for any simple fixes, and we have on-site physios for anything more serious. If that's the case, we work with the physios on what is best for you - we adjust exercises so you can train safely.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the level of coaching you need and are able to invest into. We offer both 1-to-1 and small group personal training where you can train one, two or three times per week. Each level has a different associated cost and we will work with you to decide what is best for you.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most people who come to us have either never trained before or have not trained in a long while. You will receive coaching and guidance in every session to build confidence and competence.

What if I miss sessions?

We can work with that! We understand that life gets in the way and people travel, but consistency is key with training. All of our sessions are full body, meaning it doesn't matter which day you can attend, so it can work with your schedule. And we also provide training sessions and support for at home or whilst you travel. You can stay on track easily.
