Meet Josh, Founder and Head Coach

Josh has spent years helping people discover the benefits of strength training. His goal has always been simple: raise the standard of coaching and create a space where people feel safe, understood and confident.

He believes that health should feel achievable, not complicated.
That strength training is for everyone.
That consistency comes from clarity, structure and a supportive team.

His background in strength training and sports therapy allows him to adapt sessions for all abilities, work around injuries and support long term wellbeing. Alongside coaches Alfie and Andrea, Josh leads a coaching team that focuses on empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
