Olivia first qualified as a personal trainer in 2020 following an unconventional shift from a Bachelors in Forensic Science. Although seemingly unrelated, it provided a solid understanding of the importance of evidence-based research and its successful implementation.
Fast forward to present day, Olivia has had the pleasure of working in multiple shared group personal training sites, on a 1-1 basis and, in class settings. This exposure has increased Olivia’s knowledge of various training styles and the ability to seamlessly adapt to different member personalities, but more importantly, solidified having found a home in THRIVE.
A key motivation in her work is empowering clients with the knowledge needed to train independently, the ability to build sustainable habits and improve overall mental wellbeing. Olivia vehemently believes in the power of functional fitness and its simple ability to improve and sustain quality of life for as long as possible.
As with most things, during Olivia’s session you are sure to find balance. A balance of encouragement, education and a heavy seasoning of personality!

Owner & Head Coach
Josh grew up in Leicester and moved to London in 2019 after earning his degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire. A lifelong Leicester City fan, he has always been active, from playing football to running. His passion for health and fitness began in his mid-teens, inspired by his dad, Pete, a four-time World’s Strongest Disabled Man.
After years of being expertly mentored in high-end personal training and business by a former manager, Josh founded THRIVE in the spring of 2022. Starting in a local gym, THRIVE quickly grew into its own dedicated studio.
Josh’s coaching approach combines science, human behaviour, and extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients. He views health and fitness as a multifaceted journey encompassing not only the training, but nutrition, sleep, energy, hydration, emotional wellbeing, habits, mobility, and more.
